He came out and met with me and made sure that we were on the same page with what I was wanting. They showed up when they said that he would be there, did a VERY professional job, and charged a very fair rate. Contacted Nick to have this tree trimmed as much as possible due to damage from storms a few days ago. Took a few days of waiting from the estimate to the actual trimming but it was worth it. When they came they had a good positive energy, was easy to talk to, and gave a few pointers on maintenance for the future. They did an awesome job and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Nick, owner for Grass/Trees was hired to remove several large dangerous limbs over hanging out roof/deck. Nick was prepared and did an awesome job taking down these limbs. He spent quite some time strategizing his game plan prior to starting. Using safety harness, ropes, saws, all limbs were roped and lowered to ground. I could not have hired a better professional for our tree issues and will hire Nic for all our future tree needs. Nick kept working until 9pm. His estimate was more than fair. Nick came out lightning fast after I contacted him about some dead trees that required replacement. While his company doesn't normally do tree planting, he was extremely helpful with information on suppliers and areas of concern to look out for. The removal was a high priority as the tree planting people were scheduled to be out in less than a week. Nick was out within two days and had the job done in just a couple hours. He took the extra time to cut the sod for removal and replacement to assure the property looked good after the job was finished. No worries or concerns came up during the job.
